Yes, we deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, so you'll always see the exact fee before you pay.
Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the unit is unworn, unaltered, and the original packaging seal is intact. Once a unit has been worn or the seal is broken, it can't be accepted back, for hygiene reasons.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you once the issue is confirmed.
Measure around your head with a soft tape measure, just above your ears and across your forehead, to get your circumference. Most of our units are made in an average/medium size, which fits the majority of customers comfortably with adjustable straps for a snug fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us your measurement and we'll recommend the best fit.
Wash gently with a sulfate-free shampoo and cool to lukewarm water, apply conditioner from mid-length to ends, and avoid scrubbing at the roots. Air-dry on a wig stand rather than a hairdryer where possible, and store it on a stand or in a satin bag when not in use to prevent tangling and keep it soft between wears.
